While participating in Fitness Bay Resort’s program, you will be treated to the exquisite creations of our internationally-trained Executive Chef. The catch? You will never know that these delicious meals will add-up to only 1,200 calories a day!
Fitness Bay Resort provides nutritious meals which provide all of the fuel your body needs in a tasty package. Lunch may be chicken wrap, while dinner will be some of Bermuda’s fresh fish paired with a salad at both lunch and dinner. With portions controlled and calories counted, you will be free to indulge in these delicious meals.
