Fitness & Exercise

Our early morning routine will take you through exhilarating tropical hikes along beaches and trails of Bermuda, followed by an energetic Zumba Aqua aerobics class. We will motivate you to move according to your level and encourage you to get out of your comfort zone to get maximum benefit of movement. Our certified trainers and instructors, are there to steer you along these sessions and will help you stay motivated to push yourself above and beyond your personal limit. At the end of the day, you will feel accomplished and invigorated to start over again!
Our exercise regimen is designed to help you burn fat which further builds muscle. Our results-oriented, weight loss wellness program in beautiful Bermuda provides you with such unique experience. Aside the beauty of the Island and breathing fresh air, we will introduce you to activities you haven’t tried before. Among some of these activities are: Spinning, Stomp, Crewing, Step aerobics, Exercise to music, Dance movement therapy, Water aerobics, Stability ball training, TRX, BOSU, Pilates, Medicine ball, Body Bar, Kettle Bell, Body Pump, Body Combat

7:00 a.m. – Breakfast
8:00 a.m. – Hike
11:00 a.m. – Zumba Aqua Aerobics
12.30 p.m. – Lunch
2:15 p.m – Drive to Sandy’s 360
2.30 p.m. – Spinning or rowing
3.00 p.m. – Core Strengthening
4.00 p.m. - Circuit training
6:30 p.m. – Dinner
7.00 p.m. – Free time for spa treatments
