While participating in Fitness Bay Resort’s weight loss camp, you will be treated to the exquisite creations of our internationally-trained Executive Chef. The catch? You will never believe that our diet meal plans are so delicious and only add up to 1,200 calories a day!

Fitness Bay Resort’s meal plan will follow the Paleo diet which excludes sodium, sugars, grains, processed food and dairy, but provides all of the fuel your body needs in a tasty package. Lunch may be chicken wrap, while dinner will be some of Bermuda’s fresh fish paired with a soup or salad which will be available at both lunch and dinner. With portion control and calories counted, you will be free to indulge in these delicious meals.
Your meals will include breakfast, lunch, dinner and fruit snacks every day. Nutrition advise and weigh-in/weigh out will also be provided.
